Booking Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans can change, so we strive to provide a flexible and fair cancellation policy.

Standard Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellations must be made at least 2 hours before your scheduled session to be eligible for a refund (for non-members) or the ability to reschedule (for members).
  • Late Cancellations (within 2 hours of your booking) and No-Shows will be charged the full booking fee for non-members, and members will lose the ability to reschedule or reclaim that session from their monthly allowance.

Rescheduling

  • Rescheduling requests made at least 2 hours before your session will be accommodated free of charge, subject to availability.
  • Rescheduling within the 2-hour window will be treated as a late cancellation, and the same fees will apply.

Refund Process

  • Refunds for eligible cancellations (non-members) will be processed back to your original payment method and should appear within 5 business days.
