Welcome to Iron Eagle Golf! Please review the following terms and conditions carefully before booking. By booking a session at our facility, you agree to comply with these terms:
1. Booking and Payment
- Pre-Payment Requirement for Public Access: All bookings made by the public require full payment at the time of booking. Payment must be completed prior to entry into the facility. Public access is restricted to 8:00 AM to 10:00 PM daily.
- Members’ Payment Structure: Members are required to pay a monthly fee and are not required to pay for each individual booking. Their monthly membership covers access to the facility, subject to availability and booking policies.
- Methods of Payment: We accept all major credit and debit cards through Square. Cash payments are not accepted for bookings made in advance.
- Confirmation: Upon successful payment (for public) or booking (for members), you will receive a confirmation via email, which will include the date, time, and duration of your session. Please ensure you provide accurate contact information during the booking process.
2. Membership Benefits
- Members enjoy the benefit of paying a monthly fee rather than paying per session. This fee grants them access to the facility for bookings, but the same cancellation policies apply.
- Membership benefits include priority booking and discounts on lessons, merchandise, and tournaments. These benefits will be clearly outlined at the time of membership registration.
- Memberships are non-transferable and cannot be shared between individuals unless otherwise specified in your membership agreement.
3. Facility Rules
- Attire: Appropriate golf or athletic attire must be worn at all times. Shoes with metal spikes are not allowed. Clubs and shoes must be clean.
- No Alcohol Policy: The consumption or possession of alcohol is prohibited within the facility. Any person found with alcohol will be asked to leave immediately, and no refunds will be issued.
- Food and Beverage Policy: Customers are welcome to bring food and nonalcoholic beverages into the facility, as long as they are mindful not to create a mess. Vending machines are also available onsite, offering snacks, water, and soda for purchase. To help us maintain a clean and enjoyable environment, we kindly ask all customers to clean up after themselves and leave their bay in the same or better condition than when they arrived.
- Conduct: All members, guests, and the public are expected to behave in a respectful and sportsmanlike manner. Any disruptive or inappropriate behavior may result in removal from the facility without a refund.
- Damage: Customers are responsible for any damage caused to the simulators, equipment, or property during their session. Any damages will result in charges to cover repair or replacement costs.
4. Guest Policy
- Rates: Customers’ guests are always welcome. However, hourly guest rates must be paid by Fairway Members ($10), Corporate Members ($25, or $35 for multiple guests), and the public ($50). Guests of Ace Members and hourly pass holders are free of charge.
- Juniors Play Free: Children under the age of 16 may access the facility for free when accompanied by a paying adult.
- Guest Limits: Each customer may bring up to 3 guests per session. Guests must be accompanied by the member, pass holder, or public customer at all times while using the facility, and can only use the same bay.
5. Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy
- Cancellation Window: Cancellations must be made at least 2 hours prior to your scheduled session. If you cancel your booking prior to this window, you will be eligible for a full refund (for non-members) or the option to reschedule (for both members and non-members).
- Late Cancellations or No-Shows: If you cancel within 2 hours of your booking or fail to show up for your scheduled session, the full booking fee will be charged for non-members, and members may lose that session from their monthly allowance without the ability to reschedule.
- Rescheduling: You may reschedule your session without penalty as long as the request is made at least 2 hours before your scheduled time. Rescheduling requests made within the 2-hour window will be treated as a late cancellation and will be subject to the same fees.

6. Refund Policy
- Refunds for Cancellations: Non-members will receive full refunds for cancellations made at least 2 hours before their scheduled session. No refunds will be issued for late cancellations or no-shows. Since members do not pay per booking, no monetary refunds apply, but session credits may be forfeited for late cancellations.
- Refund Process: Refunds for non-members will be processed back to the original payment method within 5 business days.
7. Liability and Waiver
- Personal Injury: By using our facility, you agree to assume full responsibility for any personal injury that may occur while on the premises. Iron Eagle Golf is not liable for any injuries sustained during the use of our simulators or facility.
- Waiver: By booking a session, you agree to release Iron Eagle Golf, its employees, and affiliates from any liability related to personal injury or property damage.
8. Changes to Terms
- Iron Eagle Golf reserves the right to update or modify these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Please review them before making any bookings.
